Our New Online Payment System

MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) is Harper Green School's parent portal, providing a convenient way to stay connected with your child's education and manage key aspects of school life in one place.

Using the MCAS app or online portal, parents and carers can:

• View attendance and punctuality.
• Access behaviour and achievement information.
• View timetables.
• Receive important school communications and updates.
• Pay for school meals, trips and other school activities.
• Manage balances and make online payments securely.

We encourage all parents and carers to download the MCAS app and enable notifications to ensure they receive important messages from the school as soon as they are sent.

Getting Started

If you have not yet registered for MCAS, please check your email for your activation email and follow the instructions to set up your account.

Is MCAS secure?

Yes. MCAS uses secure payment gateways and industry-standard encryption to protect your information. Card details are not stored by the school.

I haven't received my activation email. What should I do?

Can I access MCAS without the app?

Yes. MCAS can be accessed through the app or via a web browser on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
